Restore the comfort and performance of your CPAP mask with this replacement frame and headgear set, designed for compatibility with the ResMed AirFit™ F20 Full Face Mask. The kit includes a durable mask frame, adjustable headgear and two magnetic clips, making it easy to replace worn or damaged components while maintaining a secure, comfortable fit.
These are the two parts people tend not to think about until the mask stops behaving. Headgear elastic gives gradually, so you compensate by tightening — which is why stretched straps usually show up as red marks and sore spots before you notice the leak. A frame flexes thousands of times over its life and eventually develops hairline cracks at the cushion clips or stops holding the cushion square. If a new cushion hasn't fixed your fit, these two are the remaining suspects.
The lightweight frame is designed to work with compatible AirFit F20 mask components, while the soft, adjustable headgear helps provide a personalised fit for improved comfort throughout the night. Your existing cushion and elbow attach as normal.

The headgear is the sized component in this set — the frame and clips are one size, and your existing cushion keeps its own S/M/L size. The difference is the cut of the straps, not the mask they fit.
Mask parts are not interchangeable between families — frame fittings and strap lengths differ. Check the model printed on your existing frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us before buying rather than after.
Four steps, no tools. You'll be transferring your existing cushion and elbow onto the new frame.
Check all connections are properly assembled before each use. Improper assembly may affect therapy or result in injury — if your cushion will not snap in evenly, stop and check it is an F20 cushion and that the frame is the correct way up.
A new frame and unstretched headgear seal with far less tension than the worn set you're taking off, so your current settings will be too tight.
The cushion and elbow aren't in this set. If your cushion is more than a couple of months old, add one while the mask is apart — it's the part that actually seals.
Regular cleaning helps maintain hygiene and keeps the frame and headgear performing reliably. The hard parts and the fabric parts are cared for differently.
Worn headgear and a tired frame are two of the most common reasons an otherwise good mask starts to feel unreliable. This set replaces both at once, working with the AirFit F20 cushion and elbow you already own, so there's no need to buy a full new mask. It's a practical, budget-friendly way to refresh your setup and get back to a secure, comfortable fit — and the right choice when your cushion is recent but the leak came back anyway.
This set contains two magnetic headgear clips. The magnetic field may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants. Keep the clips at least 50 mm (2 inches) away from any such device at all times — including when handling, storing or drying the headgear.

Your existing elbow assembly carries the mask's exhalation vent, which is how exhaled air leaves the system. Check that it is undamaged and the vent is completely clear before use, and never block, cover or modify it.
This accessory is intended for use as part of a complete, compatible mask system used for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. Confirm fit and compatibility with your existing cushion and elbow assembly before use, and if you experience leaks, discomfort or skin irritation, discontinue use, refit your original parts if you still have them, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. Packaging materials are recyclable where facilities exist.

Warranty. Fitting a non-OEM part may affect any remaining manufacturer warranty on your mask system — check with your supplier or clinician if this matters to you.
