The ResMed AirFit™ F20 Cushion is designed to provide a comfortable and dependable seal for your full face CPAP mask. Its flexible silicone construction adapts to facial contours, supporting a secure seal throughout the night while keeping therapy pressure where it belongs.
The cushion is the part of your mask that does the sealing, and it's also the part that wears out first. Silicone softens and stretches with nightly use, facial oils and washing, and once it loses its shape the seal starts to break — usually showing up as air hissing past your cheeks, water in your eyes, a mask you keep tightening, or leak figures creeping up on your machine. Replacing the cushion restores the fit without replacing the whole mask.
*The cushion contains no magnets. The AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 headgear use magnetic clips, so if you have a contraindication to magnet exposure, see the magnet safety notice below — it applies to the mask system, not to this cushion.

All three sizes fit the same F20 frame, so changing size never means buying a new mask — only a new cushion.
Cushions are not interchangeable between ResMed mask families — each is moulded to a specific frame. Check the model printed on your frame before ordering.
The cushion wears fastest, but it isn't the only part on a schedule. If your mask has started leaking and a new cushion hasn't fully fixed it, stretched headgear is usually the culprit.
This silicone cushion is fully washable — unlike the AirTouch F20 memory foam cushion, which must never be submerged.
Using a genuine ResMed replacement cushion helps preserve the seal quality and therapy performance your F20 mask was designed for. Off-brand or worn-out cushions can compromise your seal, leading to air leaks and reduced therapy effectiveness. Replacing your cushion on a regular schedule is one of the simplest ways to keep your CPAP therapy comfortable, hygienic and consistent night after night.
This cushion contains no magnets. However, the AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 headgear use magnetic clips, which may interfere with certain implanted medical devices or metallic implants — including pacemakers, neurostimulators, metallic haemostatic clips in the head and metallic splinters in the eye. This is not a complete list.
ResMed produces a non-magnetic (NM) version of the F20 for users with contraindications to magnet exposure. If you have any implanted medical device, read the magnet contraindications document below and consult your healthcare provider before using the mask system.
This cushion is a component of a medical device used for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea and related respiratory conditions under the direction of a qualified healthcare professional. Confirm this cushion matches your exact frame model and size before use — an incorrect fit can reduce seal quality and therapy effectiveness.
Inspect the cushion regularly for cracking, stiffening or discolouration and replace it if the seal is compromised. Never block or modify the mask vent. Please consult your clinician or CPAP supplier if you are unsure which cushion or size is right for your prescribed therapy.
