This Shipping Policy explains how CPAP Savers handles order processing, dispatch, and delivery for both UK and international customers.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible:

  • Orders are processed on UK business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, are processed the next working day
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

2. UK Delivery

We offer reliable and fast delivery across the United Kingdom:

  • Free standard delivery on all UK orders
  • Orders are shipped using a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent)
  • Estimated delivery time is next working day after dispatch.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.


3. International Delivery

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to a range of international destinations using trusted courier partners. All international orders include tracking where available.

  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees
  • These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient
  • Customs authorities or couriers may require payment before delivery

If a parcel is delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid charges or failure to cooperate with customs, we cannot refund shipping costs or associated losses.


4. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses
  • Certain items (such as regulated or prescription-related products) may require verification before dispatch
  • Orders may be delayed if additional checks are needed

If you experience any problems with your delivery:

  • Contact us promptly if your order is missing, delayed, damaged, or incomplete
