Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is prepared, dispatched, and delivered, both within the UK and internationally.

 

1. Preparing Your Order


Orders are prepared for dispatch on UK working days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details.

 

2. Delivery Within the United Kingdom


Free UK delivery on all orders.
All UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Typical delivery time is the next working day after dispatch, though delivery may occasionally take up to 2 working days.
Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Real-time tracking is available via Royal Mail once your order is dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, seasonal demand, or courier delays beyond our control.

 

3. International Shipping


Worldwide Delivery
CPAPSavers offers international shipping to selected destinations using reputable courier services. All international shipments include tracking so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices shown on our website do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country.
Couriers or customs authorities may request payment before releasing the parcel.
If a shipment is delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or lack of cooperation with customs authorities, we are unable to issue refunds for shipping or returned items.

 

4. Delivery Limitations


We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Certain products, including prescription-only medical devices, may require verification or documentation before dispatch. Orders may be placed on hold until checks are completed.

 

5. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries


If your order arrives damaged, appears incomplete, or does not arrive as expected:
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery (or expected delivery date).
Provide your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damage.
We will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Our goal is to ensure you receive your order in full and in perfect condition.
