Important Information

CPAP Savers supplies sleep and respiratory equipment, some of which may be classified as medical devices under UK regulations.

We operate in line with applicable regulatory standards and source our products from authorised and reputable suppliers. However, we are a retailer only — we do not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations.

Prescription & Clinical Requirements

Certain products may require clinical approval before they can be supplied.

Where applicable, we may request evidence such as:

  • A valid prescription issued by a qualified healthcare professional
  • Confirmation that you are currently undergoing CPAP or related therapy

Products that may fall under this category include:

  • CPAP and Auto-CPAP machines (used for sleep apnoea treatment)
  • BiLevel / BiPAP devices (used for assisted breathing support)
  • Oxygen-related equipment
  • Selected nebuliser systems

If verification is required, your order may be temporarily placed on hold until the necessary information is provided.

Where a prescription is required, you can securely upload it via our Prescription Upload page.

Accessories & Replacement Components

We offer a range of replacement parts and accessories, including:

  • Mask components (cushions, frames, headgear)
  • Tubing and connectors
  • Filters and humidifier parts

These products are intended for customers who have already been prescribed and are currently using CPAP or related therapy.

Our replacement parts and accessories are supplied as individual components and are not intended to be used as standalone medical devices or as a substitute for a complete, prescribed system.

Fully assembled masks with headgear may fall within the definition of a complete patient interface and may be subject to prescription requirements. Accordingly, all mask-related items are supplied solely as separate, non-assembled replacement components.

Any bundled kits are shipped unassembled and are not sold or marketed as a complete therapeutic system. Final assembly, configuration, and use are the responsibility of the end user.

We do not accept liability for any issues arising from self-assembly, product compatibility, or use outside of prescribed therapy.

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your therapy setup.

What We Do Not Provide

  • Medical diagnoses or health assessments
  • Treatment plans or therapy recommendations
  • Instructions on how or when to use medical devices beyond manufacturer guidance

For medical advice, please consult a qualified healthcare professional such as a GP, sleep specialist, or respiratory clinician.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPAP Savers is not responsible for:

  • Any adverse outcomes resulting from misuse

All products should be used strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions and professional medical advice.
