The ResMed AirFit™ F20 is engineered for a secure fit, simplicity and stable sleep performance across a wide range of facial contours and pressure settings — which is why it has become one of the most widely fitted full face masks in the UK.
The InfinitySeal™ cushion is the reason for that reputation. Rather than relying on strap tension to hold a seal, the cushion's tapered membrane flexes as pressure rises and as you move, so the seal holds through position changes and across a broad pressure range. In practice it means fewer leaks for people who move in their sleep, and less need to over-tighten.
The frame has no forehead support, leaving a clear field of vision for reading or watching TV before sleep, and magnetic headgear clips make fitting and removal quick without undoing your strap settings. The QuietAir™ diffuser in the elbow spreads exhaled air gently rather than jetting it out, which is what keeps the mask quiet for a bed partner.
The F20 is also the platform for a whole family of parts: cushions in three sizes, Standard or For Her headgear, and the AirTouch™ UltraSoft memory foam cushion, which fits this same frame if silicone ever irritates your skin.

The cushion is the sized component — the frame is one size and the headgear is supplied in Standard. All three cushion sizes fit the same frame, so changing size later never means buying a new mask.

The cushion is the part you'll reorder most often, and the one most often blamed on the machine when a leak appears.
Every part of this mask is washable, including the silicone cushion. If you later switch to an AirTouch memory foam cushion on this frame, that one must never be washed.

The headgear on this mask contains magnets. The magnetic field may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants. Keep the clips at least 50 mm (2 inches) away from any such device at all times.

This mask is a medical device intended for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea under the direction of a qualified healthcare professional, and pressure settings must be prescribed by your clinician. It should be used only with CPAP or bilevel systems recommended by your physician or respiratory therapist.
Never block, cover or modify the QuietAir™ vent in the elbow — it is how exhaled air leaves the mask. Regular inspection and timely replacement of mask components are recommended to maintain hygiene, comfort and therapy performance. Always read the user guide carefully and consult your healthcare professional before use.
