The ResMed AirFit™ F20 / AirTouch™ F20 Replacement Frame is designed to restore the comfort, stability and performance of your full face CPAP mask. Compatible with both AirFit™ F20 and AirTouch™ F20 mask systems, this replacement frame provides a secure foundation for your mask components while supporting effective therapy throughout the night.
The frame is the part that holds everything in alignment, so when it goes the whole mask follows. Frames flex thousands of times over their life and eventually develop hairline cracks at the cushion clips or lose the tension that keeps a cushion seated square. The usual signs are a cushion that pops loose when you turn over, a mask that sits crooked no matter how you adjust the straps, or a leak that a brand-new cushion didn't fix.
Engineered with a durable yet flexible construction, the frame adapts comfortably to different facial profiles while helping maintain proper mask positioning. Its minimal-contact design helps reduce facial pressure and enhances overall comfort, making it suitable for regular nightly use. It accepts both InfinitySeal™ silicone cushions and AirTouch™ memory foam cushions, so you can switch between the two without buying a new frame.
Installation is quick and straightforward, allowing you to replace a worn component easily and extend the life of your CPAP mask system. Your existing cushion, headgear and elbow connect to it as normal.
*The frame contains no magnets. The AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 headgear use magnetic clips, so if you have a contraindication to magnet exposure, see the magnet safety notice below — it applies to the mask system, not to this frame.

The F20 frame is supplied in a single size — it's the cushion that carries the Small / Medium / Large sizing, and all three cushion sizes fit this one frame. Check the model printed on your existing frame before ordering.
If the frame has cracked, the rest of the mask is usually the same age. These are the other three parts of an F20, each on its own replacement schedule.
A new frame holds the cushion squarer than the worn one did, so the strap tension you were using will almost certainly be too tight.
Regular cleaning helps maintain hygiene and keeps the frame performing reliably. The frame is fully washable — note that the AirTouch memory foam cushion is not, so remove it before washing.
A cracked or worn frame can undo the benefit of even a brand-new cushion, since it's the frame that holds everything in stable alignment against your face. As a genuine ResMed component, this replacement is built to the exact specification of your AirFit F20 or AirTouch F20 mask, restoring secure positioning whichever cushion type you prefer. Because it accepts both InfinitySeal silicone and memory foam cushions, it also gives you the freedom to switch between the two without buying a new frame. Your existing headgear and elbow connect to it as normal, making this a simple, targeted fix rather than a full mask replacement.
This frame contains no magnets. However, the AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20 headgear use magnetic clips, which may interfere with certain implanted medical devices or metallic implants — including pacemakers, neurostimulators, metallic haemostatic clips in the head and metallic splinters in the eye. This is not a complete list.
ResMed produces a non-magnetic (NM) version of the F20 for users with contraindications to magnet exposure. If you have any implanted medical device, read the magnet contraindications document below and consult your healthcare provider before using the mask system.
This frame is a component of a medical device intended for use as part of a complete, compatible AirFit F20 or AirTouch F20 full face mask system used for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. This listing includes the mask frame only — the cushion, headgear and elbow connector are not included and are sold separately.
Before use, confirm the frame is compatible with your existing cushion and headgear, and inspect it regularly for cracks, brittleness or a cushion that no longer clips in securely. Never block or modify the mask vent. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
