*Next working day delivery applies to eligible UK orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off time. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


1. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed on UK business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. UK Delivery

We offer FREE tracked delivery on all UK orders.

  • FREE standard tracked delivery on every UK order.
  • Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or an equivalent tracked courier service.
  • Most UK orders are delivered on the next working day after dispatch.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Full tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

While the vast majority of UK deliveries arrive the next working day, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take 1–2 working days due to courier delays, adverse weather, remote locations, or peak seasonal demand.


3. International Delivery

Europe

Most orders delivered within Europe arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch using trusted international courier partners.

Rest of the World

Most international orders outside Europe are delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • All international shipments include tracking where available.
  • Delivery estimates may vary depending on customs processing and the destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs authorities or courier companies may require payment before delivery.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to cooperate with customs authorities, shipping charges and any associated costs are non-refundable.


4. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
  • Certain products may require additional verification before dispatch to comply with applicable regulations.
  • Orders may be delayed if additional verification is required.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of any damaged items or packaging (where applicable).

We will work closely with our courier partners to investigate and resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.
