How does a price match work?
Send us the link to the lower price on WhatsApp. We check it's the same product from an eligible UK seller, then send you a discount code or a custom link at the matched price.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually the same working day. Messages sent overnight are answered first thing next morning.
Do you compare delivery costs too?
Yes. We compare the full price including delivery, so both sides are on equal terms.
Can I ask after I've already ordered?
Yes, within 7 days of your order. We refund the difference to the card you paid with.
What can't be price matched?
Marketplace sellers, clearance, refurbished or second-hand items, out-of-stock products, and bundles that don't match ours item for item.
Does VAT relief still apply?
If you qualify, VAT relief still applies at checkout. We compare prices on the same VAT basis.
