The ResLab Replacement Headgear provides a secure, comfortable and adjustable fit for the ResMed AirFit™ F20 and AirTouch™ F20 full face CPAP masks. Made from soft, breathable materials, it delivers reliable support for comfortable and effective sleep therapy — at a lower cost than a genuine ResMed strap set.
Headgear is the quiet cause of most "my mask suddenly started leaking" problems. The straps hold their tension for months and then slowly give, and because it happens gradually you compensate by tightening — which is why stretched straps usually show up as red marks and sore spots before you notice the leak. If a new cushion hasn't fixed your fit, the headgear is almost always the part that has gone.
The straps adjust to suit different head sizes, and the soft padded sections help minimise facial pressure and skin irritation during extended use. Fitting takes seconds, and your existing frame and cushion attach as normal.
*Magnetic clips are not supplied with this headgear. Your existing clips contain magnets — see the magnet safety notice below, and replace them if they are cracked, bent or no longer snap home firmly.

F20 headgear comes in two cuts. Both fit the same frame and work with any cushion size — the difference is strap length, not the mask they suit.
Headgear is not interchangeable between mask families — strap lengths and clip fittings differ. Check the model printed on your frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
New headgear holds far more tension than the stretched set you're taking off, so your old settings will be much too tight. Start from scratch.
The clips are the part to check before you order — without them the lower straps can't attach. If the straps have gone, the rest of the mask is the same age too.
Fabric headgear lasts longest with gentle hand washing. Heat and machine agitation are what destroy the elastic.
Worn or stretched headgear can undermine the seal and comfort of your entire CPAP mask system. This ResLab replacement restores a secure, adjustable, comfortable fit, in soft breathable fabric designed to reduce pressure points. Compatible with both the AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20, it's a straightforward way to keep therapy comfortable and consistent — and because it's a compatible part rather than a genuine ResMed one, it does that at a lower price.
This headgear contains no magnets, but it is fitted using your existing magnetic headgear clips. Those magnets may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants. Keep the clips at least 6 inches (150 mm) away from any such device at all times — including when handling, storing or drying the headgear.

This listing includes the headgear only. The magnetic clips, mask frame and cushion are not included. On the F20, the lower straps attach to the frame using the magnetic clips, so your existing clips are required — make sure they are present, undamaged and still snap home firmly before ordering.
Before use, confirm the headgear is compatible with your existing frame and cushion. Inspect it regularly for stretched fabric, frayed edges or clips that no longer hold securely, and replace it as needed to maintain a secure fit and effective therapy. Do not over-tighten the straps to stop a leak; a leak that only tightening can fix usually means a worn cushion or the wrong size. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original headgear if you still have it, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. Packaging materials are recyclable where facilities exist.
