This pack of five ResLab silicone cushions is designed for compatibility with the ResMed AirFit™ F20 and AirFit™ F20 For Her full face CPAP masks. Made from medical-grade silicone, each cushion adapts to a wide range of facial shapes to create a secure seal and help reduce air leaks, so your machine can deliver consistent therapy through the night.
The cushion is the part of your mask that does the sealing, and the part that wears out first. Silicone softens and stretches with nightly use, facial oils and washing, and once it loses its shape the seal starts to break — air hissing past your cheeks, water in your eyes, a mask you keep tightening, or leak figures creeping up on your machine.
Five cushions covers five full replacement cycles — somewhere between five and fifteen months depending on how quickly yours wear. For most people that's more than a year of never being caught without one, at the lowest cost per cushion we offer. It's the pack for people who are long past working out their size and simply want the reordering to stop.

All three sizes fit the same F20 frame, so changing size later never means buying a new mask — only a new cushion. All five cushions in this pack are the size you select, and sizes cannot be mixed within a pack.
Both fit the same F20 frame, so you can switch freely. They suit different people, and they are cared for completely differently.
Cushions are not interchangeable between ResMed mask families — each is moulded to a specific frame. Check the model printed on your frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first. Worth two minutes of checking before you buy five.
A fresh cushion seals with far less tension than the worn one you're taking off, so your current strap settings will be too tight. This applies every time you open a new one — five times over the life of this pack.
Five cushions covers you for a year or more. In that time your headgear, frame and tubing will all come due — worth planning for now rather than discovering it later.
Regular cleaning extends the life of each cushion and helps maintain hygiene for safe, effective therapy. Silicone is fully washable — unlike memory foam, which must only be wiped. On a pack this size, storage matters as much as cleaning.

Confirm the cushions match your exact frame model and size before use — an incorrect fit reduces seal quality and therapy effectiveness, and a pack of five in the wrong size is a costly mistake. Do not share a cushion between users. Cushions are single-user items; if more than one person in your household uses an F20, each needs their own, in their own size. Inspect each cushion before fitting and during use for cracking, stiffening or discolouration, and replace it if the seal is compromised. Never block or modify the mask vent, which sits in the elbow and is how exhaled air leaves the mask.

If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort, skin irritation or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original cushion if you still have it, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. Packaging materials are recyclable where facilities exist.
