This is the cushion to choose if silicone has not worked for you. Where silicone presses against the skin and relies on tension to seal, the foam moulds around your face — which is why it's so often the answer for people who get red marks, sore spots or irritation from a conventional full face mask.
The breathable memory foam helps reduce friction, skin irritation and red marks while maintaining an effective seal across a wide range of therapy pressures. Unlike conventional silicone cushions, the AirTouch F20 cushion requires only a simple wipe after use and must never be washed, making routine maintenance quick — but also making replacement non-negotiable. ResMed recommends replacing the cushion approximately every 30 days.

The memory foam cushion is cared for completely differently to a silicone cushion — please do not wash or soak it in water.

Do not wash or soak the memory foam cushion in water — clean only by gently wiping with CPAP mask wipes, or as directed by the manufacturer. ResMed recommends replacing the cushion approximately every 30 days to maintain comfort, hygiene, and an effective seal. Never block or cover the mask vent holes. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort, or any change in mask performance, discontinue use and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
