The ResMed AirSense™ 11 AutoSet CPAP Machine is an advanced automatic CPAP device designed to provide personalised sleep apnoea therapy. This package includes the AirSense 11 AutoSet, HumidAir™ Heated Humidifier and ClimateLineAir™ Heated Tube — a complete machine and humidification setup for comfortable CPAP therapy.
Featuring intelligent AutoSet™ pressure adjustment, a responsive colour touchscreen, AutoRamp™, SmartStart™, SmartStop™ and myAir™ app connectivity, the AirSense 11 is designed for convenient everyday use at home or while travelling.
The AirSense 11 continuously monitors breathing patterns and automatically adjusts therapy pressure throughout the night, providing personalised airflow only when it is required rather than a single fixed setting.
The machine includes two therapy modes:
AutoSet™ for Her provides an additional algorithm designed to respond to breathing patterns commonly associated with female users.
The AirSense 11 features a responsive colour touchscreen with an intuitive interface, making it easy to access therapy information and adjust device settings without navigating complicated menus.
Automatic screen dimming helps minimise light disturbance during the night, so the display does not become a distraction in a dark bedroom.
AutoRamp™ starts therapy at a lower pressure and gradually increases airflow once regular sleep breathing is detected, helping provide a smoother transition into sleep.
SmartStart™ automatically begins therapy when breathing is detected through a connected mask, while SmartStop™ stops airflow when the mask is removed — so you are not reaching for buttons at either end of the night.
The included HumidAir™ Heated Humidifier adds moisture to the airflow to help reduce dryness and improve comfort during CPAP therapy — particularly useful if you experience a dry mouth, nose or throat.
The removable water chamber is easy to fill, empty and clean as part of your regular maintenance routine.
The included ClimateLineAir™ Heated Tube is designed specifically for the AirSense 11 and works alongside the HumidAir™ Heated Humidifier to help maintain a consistent air temperature from the machine through to your mask.
Keeping the air temperature steady along the hose helps minimise condensation forming inside the tubing — the effect commonly known as "rainout".

CPAP therapy is a prescription treatment for adults diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, and pressure settings should be configured by your sleep clinician or healthcare provider. Do not adjust prescribed settings, change equipment or stop therapy without medical advice. Use only genuine ResMed accessories with this device, keep the heated tube's electrical connection dry, and never fill the water chamber above the maximum level line. Speak to your clinician if you experience discomfort, persistent mask leaks or worsening symptoms.
