The under-the-nose seal is what sets the F40 apart from a conventional full face mask. By sealing below the nose rather than across the bridge, it removes the pressure point responsible for most red marks and sore spots — and takes the seal away from the area where upward leaks blow air into the eyes.
Its ultra-light 20.4 g flexible frame naturally adapts to your movements, while the QuietAir™ venting system minimises noise and gently diffuses exhaled air for a quieter sleep environment. Magnetic headgear clips make fitting and removal quick and effortless, while the integrated short tube and quick-release elbow allow for greater freedom of movement and easy disconnection when needed.

At just 20.4 g, the frame is one of the lightest full face masks in the ResMed range, which makes it a sensible first full face mask for anyone who has found conventional designs too bulky. Combined with QuietAir™ venting, magnetic clips and a quick-release elbow, it delivers a complete, convenient setup out of the box.
This mask contains magnetic headgear clips that may interfere with certain implanted medical devices or metallic implants — including metallic haemostatic clips in the head and metallic splinters in the eye.
