This pack of two ResLab silicone cushions is designed for compatibility with the ResMed AirFit™ F20 and AirFit™ F20 For Her full face CPAP masks. Made from medical-grade silicone, each cushion adapts to a wide range of facial shapes to create a secure seal and help reduce air leaks, so your CPAP machine can deliver consistent therapy through the night.
The cushion is the part of your mask that does the sealing, and it's also the part that wears out first. Silicone softens and stretches with nightly use, facial oils and washing, and once it loses its shape the seal starts to break — usually showing up as air hissing past your cheeks, water in your eyes, a mask you keep tightening, or leak figures creeping up on your machine.
Buying two at a time means the next one is already in the drawer when that happens, rather than a fortnight of poor sleep while a replacement is in the post.

All three sizes fit the same F20 frame, so changing size later never means buying a new mask — only a new cushion. Both cushions in this pack are the size you select.
Both fit the same F20 frame, so you can switch freely. They suit different people, and they are cared for completely differently.
Cushions are not interchangeable between ResMed mask families — each is moulded to a specific frame. Check the model printed on your frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
A fresh cushion seals with far less tension than the worn one you're taking off, so your current strap settings will be too tight.
The cushion wears fastest, but it isn't the only part on a schedule. If a new cushion hasn't fully fixed a leak, stretched headgear is usually the culprit.
Regular cleaning extends the life of each cushion and helps maintain hygiene for safe, effective therapy. Silicone is fully washable — unlike memory foam, which must only be wiped.

Confirm the cushions match your exact frame model and size before use — an incorrect fit reduces seal quality and therapy effectiveness. Inspect each cushion regularly for cracking, stiffening or discolouration and replace it if the seal is compromised. Never block or modify the mask vent, which sits in the elbow and is how exhaled air leaves the mask.

If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort, skin irritation or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original cushion if you still have it, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
