The ResLab Cushion & Headgear Strap Set refreshes a full face CPAP mask compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20 by replacing the two parts that actually wear out. It includes a silicone cushion and an adjustable headgear strap, for a better fit, a better seal and more comfortable therapy.
This is the leanest refresh in the range. A cushion loses its sealing edge in one to two months and headgear elastic gives over about six, which between them account for most leaks — while a frame, elbow and set of clips routinely last a year or more. If those are all still sound, this set replaces only what's worn and nothing you already own.
The strap has Velcro adjustment points for a personalised, stable fit tailored to your head shape, and both parts fit without tools.

The cushion is the sized component in this set. All three sizes fit the same F20 frame, so changing size never means buying a new mask.
Cushions and headgear are not interchangeable between mask families — cushion mouldings and strap lengths differ. Check the model printed on your frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
Four steps, no tools. You'll need your existing magnetic clips to hand before you start.
Check all connections are properly assembled before each use. Improper assembly may affect therapy or result in injury — if the cushion will not snap in evenly, stop and check you have the right size and that the frame is the correct way up.
A fresh cushion and unstretched strap seal with far less tension than the worn set you're taking off, so your current settings will be too tight.
The clips, frame and elbow aren't in this set. The clips are the one to check before you order — without them the lower straps can't attach.

When your existing frame, elbow and clips are still in good condition, replacing just the cushion and headgear strap is the simplest refresh there is. This set pairs a premium silicone cushion with an adjustable Velcro strap, giving you a secure seal and a personalised fit without paying for components you already have. Available in three cushion sizes, it's the lowest-cost way to keep CPAP therapy comfortable — and the set to reorder routinely rather than only when something fails.
This set contains no magnets, but it is fitted using your existing magnetic headgear clips. Those magnets may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants — including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, neurostimulators, metallic haemostatic clips in the head and metallic splinters in the eye. This is not a complete list.
Keep magnetic clips at least 50 mm (2 inches) from any such device at all times. If you or anyone sharing your bed has an implanted medical device, consult your doctor before using the mask system, and contact us about non-magnetic options.
This is a ResLab replacement product and is not manufactured by ResMed. It is designed to be compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20 full face CPAP masks, used as part of a complete mask system for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea.
This set does not include magnetic clips, a frame or an elbow. On the F20, the lower headgear straps attach to the frame using the magnetic clips, so your existing clips are required to fit this strap — make sure they are present, undamaged and still snap home firmly. A complete, correctly assembled mask is required for therapy.
Your existing elbow carries the mask's exhalation vent, which is how exhaled air leaves the system. Check that it is undamaged and the vent is completely clear before use, and never block, cover or modify it.
As stated in the supplied user manual:
Please select the correct cushion size and verify your mask model before purchasing. Inspect components regularly and replace parts if worn, discoloured or no longer providing a secure seal. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original parts if you still have them, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. The packaging materials are recyclable.
