The ResLab Complete Accessory Kit is a replacement set designed to refresh a full face CPAP mask system compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20. It includes the cushion, headgear, frame, magnetic clips and strap covers needed to restore comfort and performance in one order.
This is the most complete refresh of the two ResLab F20 kits. Mask parts age together — a cushion flattens, headgear elastic gives, a frame develops hairline cracks at the clips — so by the time a leak appears, replacing one part often just moves the problem along to the next. This kit covers all of them, and adds strap covers, which are the simplest fix for the red marks and pressure lines that come from a mask worn night after night.
Everything assembles without tools, and your existing elbow connector reattaches as normal.

The cushion is the sized component — the frame, headgear, clips and strap covers are one size.
Mask parts are not interchangeable between families — frame fittings, cushion mouldings and strap lengths all differ. Check the model printed on your existing frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
Four steps, no tools. The illustrated version is in the user manual supplied in the box.
Slide the strap covers onto the lower straps before fitting if you want them in place from the first night. Improper assembly may affect therapy or result in injury — if the cushion will not snap in evenly, stop and check you have the right size and that the frame is the correct way up.
New headgear holds far more tension than the stretched set you're taking off, so your old settings will be much too tight. Start from scratch.
The elbow isn't in this kit, and it's worth checking while the mask is apart — it carries the exhalation vent.

When cushion, headgear and frame all start to wear at once, replacing them one by one adds up. This kit bundles the cushion, headgear, frame, magnetic clips and strap covers into a single, cost-effective refresh, as a compatible fit for the AirTouch and AirFit F20 mask systems. It's a simple way to restore comfort, stability and seal quality across the whole mask without buying a brand-new system — and because it's the only ResLab F20 kit that includes headgear, it's the one to choose when a new cushion alone hasn't fixed your leak.
This kit contains magnetic headgear clips. The magnetic field may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants. Keep the clips at least 50 mm (2 inches) away from any such device at all times — including when handling, storing or drying the headgear.

This is a ResLab replacement product and is not manufactured by ResMed. It is designed to be compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20 full face CPAP masks, used as part of a complete mask system for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea.
The airflow connector (elbow) is not included in this kit. Your existing elbow carries the mask's exhalation vent, which is how exhaled air leaves the system. Before use, check that it is compatible, undamaged and that the vent is completely clear. Never block, cover or modify the vent.

Please verify your mask model before purchasing. Inspect all components regularly for wear or damage and replace parts individually as needed. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original parts if you still have them, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. The packaging materials are recyclable.
