This kit includes the three mask components that wear out, so you can restore comfort, fit and therapy performance without replacing your entire setup.
Buying parts one at a time is where mask maintenance gets expensive. A cushion flattens at one to two months, a frame develops hairline cracks at the clips, and an elbow's swivel stiffens or its vent clogs — and because they age together, by the time you notice the leak all three are usually due. This kit covers them in a single order.
Manufactured by ResLab, the kit is engineered to provide a secure seal, comfortable fit and reliable airflow for nightly CPAP therapy. The lightweight frame, soft silicone cushion and quick-release elbow work together to help minimise leaks while allowing comfortable movement during sleep.

The cushion is the sized component — the frame and elbow are one size. All three cushion sizes fit the kit's frame.
Mask parts are not interchangeable between families — frame fittings, cushion mouldings and vents all differ. Check the model printed on your existing frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
Four steps, no tools. The illustrated version is in the user manual supplied in the box.
Improper assembly may affect therapy or result in injury. If the cushion will not snap in evenly, stop and check you have the right size and that the frame is the correct way up.
Headgear isn't in this kit, and it's the one part that quietly stretches — worth checking while you have the mask apart.

It is designed to be compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20 full face CPAP masks, used as part of a complete mask system for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. This listing includes the frame, cushion and elbow only — headgear, CPAP machine, tubing and other accessories are not included and are sold separately.
As stated in the supplied user manual:
Please verify your mask model before purchasing. Never block, cover or modify the elbow vent — it is how exhaled air leaves the mask. Inspect components regularly for cracks, wear or a cushion that no longer seals securely. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original parts if you still have them, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. The packaging materials are recyclable.
