Keep your CPAP equipment clean and performing at its best with the CPAP Hose Cleaning Brush Kit. Designed to remove dust, moisture and residue from CPAP tubing and connectors, it helps maintain hygiene and prolong the life of your sleep therapy equipment.
Rinsing a hose through is the usual approach, and it isn't enough. Water runs along the bottom of the tube and leaves the rest untouched, which is why the inside of a hose that gets rinsed every week can still go cloudy, develop a smell, or grow a visible film — especially if you use a humidifier, which keeps the inside of the tube damp all night.
The 7 ft (2.1 m) flexible brush is the one for the hose itself: it reaches the full length of a standard 6 ft tube with room to spare, and the soft nylon bristles clean thoroughly without scratching. The shorter 15 mm brush handles the narrow parts the long brush is unwieldy for — slimline tubing, mask elbows, connectors and humidifier outlets.
Suitable for most CPAP, APAP and BiPAP tubing, this kit is a straightforward way to keep on top of routine maintenance.
*Mask vent holes are precision-sized and control how exhaled air leaves the mask — brushing can enlarge or damage them. Memory foam cushions must never be soaked or scrubbed. Use CPAP mask wipes for cushions.

Two brushes, two jobs. The long one is for the hose; the short one is for everything too narrow or too fiddly to reach with it.
If you use heated tubing such as a ClimateLineAir, check the tubing's own cleaning instructions before brushing it — heated hoses carry a heating element along the wall.
Five minutes, once a week. Do it in the morning so the hose has all day to dry.
Never reconnect damp tubing — trapped moisture is exactly what you were cleaning out, and it will be back within days.
Brushes handle the tubing. The cushion, the filter and the water chamber each need something different.
A little care after each use keeps the brushes themselves hygienic and ready for the next clean — a brush left damp in a drawer defeats the point.

This listing includes the two cleaning brushes only. The CPAP machine, tubing, mask, humidifier and other accessories are not included and are sold separately. The kit is suitable for most standard 22 mm and 15 mm slimline CPAP tubing.

Rinse the brushes thoroughly after each use and allow them to air dry completely before storing, and make sure tubing is fully dry before reconnecting it. Regular cleaning of CPAP equipment is recommended to help maintain hygiene, support therapy performance and extend the lifespan of your accessories. Follow your equipment manufacturer's own cleaning instructions where they differ from the above. If you notice any change in tubing condition or airflow after cleaning, stop using that tubing and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
