ResLab Memory Foam Cushion (Pack of 2) — Compatible with AirTouch™ F20

📦 What's Included

  • 2 × ResLab Memory Foam Cushions for AirTouch F20 — both in the size you select

The mask frame and headgear are not included — your existing frame and straps are reused.

Two Months' Supply of Soft Memory Foam Cushions for the ResMed AirTouch™ F20

ResLab memory foam replacement cushions, pack of two, compatible with ResMed AirTouch F20 full face mask

The ResLab Memory Foam Cushion is designed to deliver exceptional comfort through its soft memory foam construction. Built for compatibility with the ResMed AirTouch™ F20 full face CPAP mask, it provides a secure seal and reliable therapy performance night after night — at a lower cost than a genuine ResMed foam cushion.

This pack contains two cushions, which is two months of therapy. Memory foam is a monthly item — noticeably shorter-lived than silicone — so buying in twos means the next one is already in the drawer when the current one flattens. No reordering mid-month, and no stretch of nights on a cushion that has stopped sealing because the replacement hasn't arrived yet.

Memory foam is what sets this cushion apart from silicone. Where silicone presses against the skin and relies on strap tension to seal, foam moulds around your face — which is why it's so often the answer for people who get red marks, sore spots or irritation from a conventional cushion.

That softness comes with one firm rule: foam cannot be washed. It's wiped clean rather than rinsed.

Pack of 2 Two Months' Supply Memory Foam S / M / L AirTouch™ F20 Wipe Only — Never Wash
Important — these cushions must never be washed. Memory foam cannot be submerged, soaked or rinsed in water. Doing so destroys the foam structure permanently, usually in a single wash. Clean only by wiping with a CPAP mask wipe. Your frame, elbow and headgear can be washed as normal — just take the cushion off first and keep it away from the sink.

Both cushions are the size you select. If you want to try two different sizes, order singly from our single-cushion listing instead.

Note: This is a ResLab replacement product, not manufactured by or affiliated with ResMed, designed for compatibility with the ResMed AirTouch™ F20 full face mask. The mask frame and headgear are sold separately.
Two Months in One Order
Foam is a monthly part, so two cushions is two months covered — the next one is in the drawer before you need it.
Plush Memory Foam Comfort
Soft memory foam conforms gently to your facial contours, cushioning pressure points for a more comfortable night in any sleeping position.
Wipe Only, Never Wash
Foam is cared for completely differently to silicone — a mask wipe, not a sink. Washing one will ruin it, so this is the rule to remember.
Gentle on Sensitive Skin
The soft foam surface reduces facial pressure and irritation, which makes it the usual answer when silicone leaves red marks.

Key Features

✓
Fits the ResMed AirTouch™ F20 — Compatible replacement cushions for the AirTouch F20 full face mask.

Wipe Clean Only — Never wash, soak or rinse memory foam; use a CPAP mask wipe instead.*
✓
Kinder on Sensitive Skin — Often the answer where silicone causes redness, soreness or pressure marks.
✓

✓
Both in Your Chosen Size — Small, Medium or Large; both cushions match the size you select.
✓

✓
No Magnets in the Cushions — The cushions have no magnetic parts; magnetic clips sit in the F20 headgear.
✓
Better Value Than Buying Singly — Lower cost per cushion on the part you replace most often.

*Memory foam is destroyed by water. If you prefer a cushion you can wash daily, choose a silicone F20 cushion instead — they fit the same frame and are linked below.

📏 Choosing the Right Size

All three sizes fit the same F20 frame, so changing size later never means buying a new mask — only a new cushion. Both cushions in this pack are the size you select.

Small Medium Large
  • Replacing a worn cushion? Order the size printed on the one you're taking off
  • Foam and silicone F20 cushions share the same sizing, so switching between them means the same size
  • If you sit between two sizes, the smaller cushion usually seals better — one that's too large needs over-tightening to hold
  • Measure with a relaxed jaw and a neutral expression, not a clenched one
  • Not certain of your size yet? Buy a single cushion first and come back for the pack once you've confirmed the fit
  • Want to compare two sizes side by side? Order two singles rather than this pack

🔄 Foam or Silicone — Which Should You Choose?

Both fit the same F20 frame, so you can switch freely. They suit different people, and they are cared for completely differently.

  • Choose memory foam if silicone leaves you with red marks, sore spots or irritated skin. It moulds instead of pressing
  • Choose silicone if you'd rather wash the cushion daily, or want a longer replacement interval at 1–3 months
  • Foam is wipe-only and monthly. Silicone is washable and lasts longer. That's the practical trade-off — and it's why foam is the one worth buying in twos
  • Many people keep one of each and switch depending on how their skin is doing, especially in winter
  • Your frame, headgear and elbow stay the same either way — only the cushion changes
  • See all F20 cushions — foam and silicone, singles and packs

Compatibility

  • ResMed AirTouch™ F20 Full Face Mask
  • ResMed AirFit™ F20 and AirFit™ F20 For Her frames — the F20 family shares one frame platform [CONFIRM]
  • Your existing F20 frame, headgear and elbow
  • ResMed AirFit™ F30i / F30 / F40 — different platforms
  • ResMed AirFit™ N20 / AirTouch™ N20 (nasal)
  • ResMed AirFit™ N30i / P30i / P10
  • Philips, BMC, Fisher & Paykel and other non-ResMed mask systems

Cushions are not interchangeable between ResMed mask families — each is moulded to a specific frame. Check the model printed on your frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.

💡 Fitting Tip — Reset Your Tension

A fresh foam cushion seals with far less tension than the flattened one you're taking off, so your current strap settings will be too tight — and over-tightening foam defeats the point of choosing it.

  • Loosen all four straps fully before the first night on a new cushion
  • Put the mask on lying down, in your usual sleeping position, with the machine running
  • Tighten in small, even steps until the leak stops — then stop, even if it still feels loose
  • Foam needs noticeably less tension than silicone; if it feels firm against your face, it's too tight
  • Keep both sides even; an uneven pull tilts the frame and opens a leak at the opposite corner
  • Press the cushion edges firmly into the frame until it snaps home with no gaps
  • Give it two or three nights — foam takes a few uses to settle to your face
  • Do the same again when you fit the second cushion; a fresh one always needs less tension than the one it replaced

🔧 Complete the Setup

Mask wipes aren't optional with a foam cushion — they're the only permitted way to clean it, and two months of cushions means two months of wiping.

🧼 Care & Replacement Guidance

Memory foam is cared for completely differently to a silicone cushion. One wash will ruin it, so this is worth reading before the first night.

  • Never wash, soak, rinse or submerge these cushions — water destroys the foam structure, usually permanently and often in a single wash.
  • Wipe the foam surface gently with a CPAP mask wipe after each use.
  • Do not use soap, detergent, alcohol-based cleaners, antibacterial gel or bleach on the foam.
  • Never scrub the foam or use a brush on it — the surface tears easily.
  • Remove the cushion before washing your frame, elbow or headgear, and keep it away from the sink.
  • Keep the second cushion in its packaging, dry and out of direct sunlight, until you need it.
  • Wash your face before bed and avoid night-time moisturiser — foam absorbs facial oils readily and cannot be rinsed clean.
  • Inspect regularly for flattening, tearing or discolouration of the foam.
  • Replace the cushion monthly, or sooner if the foam has flattened or no longer seals — then start on the second one.

Why Choose the Pack of Two?

Replacing a worn CPAP cushion is one of the easiest ways to improve comfort and therapy performance — and with memory foam, that's a monthly job rather than a quarterly one. Buying two at a time matches how the part actually behaves: one in use, one waiting, and no fortnight of poor sleep while a replacement is in the post. These ResLab cushions pair soft memory foam with a design built for a secure, reliable seal, at a lower cost per cushion than buying singly and a lower price than genuine ResMed foam. On a part you replace twelve times a year, that difference adds up.

  • You're already committed to foam and reorder it every month
  • You've been caught before with a flattened cushion and nothing to replace it with
  • Silicone leaves your skin red, sore or irritated
  • You get pressure marks across the nose bridge or cheeks
  • You'd rather order twice a year than twelve times
  • You want the lower per-cushion price on the shortest-lived part of the mask
  • You travel and want a spare that lives in the bag
  • You accidentally washed your last one — it happens, which is why it's flagged above

⚠ Important Safety Notice

These are ResLab replacement cushions and are not manufactured by or affiliated with ResMed. They are designed for compatibility with the ResMed AirTouch™ F20 full face CPAP mask, used as part of a complete mask system for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. The mask frame and headgear are not included and are sold separately.

Memory foam care is not optional:

  • Never wash, soak or submerge the cushions. Water destroys the foam permanently
  • Clean only by wiping, with a CPAP mask wipe — no soap, alcohol, antibacterial gel or bleach
  • Do not scrub or brush the foam surface
  • Do not use a cushion whose foam is torn, flattened or coming away from its base
  • Store the unused cushion sealed and dry until needed
  • Never block or modify the mask vent, which sits in the elbow and is how exhaled air leaves the mask

Confirm the cushions match your frame model and size before use — an incorrect fit reduces seal quality and therapy effectiveness. Inspect regularly and replace monthly, or sooner if the foam has flattened or no longer seals. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort, skin irritation or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original cushion if you still have it, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
