The ResLab Replacement Frame provides a lightweight, flexible and durable foundation for your CPAP mask. Built for compatibility with the ResMed AirFit™ F20 and AirTouch™ F20 full face masks, it helps maintain a secure fit and comfortable therapy — at a lower cost than a genuine ResMed frame.
The frame is the part that holds everything in alignment, so when it goes the whole mask follows. Frames flex thousands of times over their life and eventually develop hairline cracks at the cushion clips or lose the tension that keeps a cushion seated square. The usual signs are a cushion that pops loose when you turn over, a mask that sits crooked no matter how you adjust the straps, or a leak that a brand-new cushion didn't fix.
Unusually for a frame, two magnetic clips are supplied with it, along with two frame strap covers — so if your clips are cracked or no longer snapping home, this replaces them in the same order. The under-the-eye profile has no forehead support, leaving a clear field of vision, and fitting takes seconds with no tools.

The F20 frame is supplied in a single size. It's the cushion that carries the sizing, and all sizes fit this one frame — so changing cushion size later never means buying another frame.
Frames are not interchangeable between mask families — cushion fittings and strap connectors differ. Check the model printed on your existing frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
A new frame holds the cushion squarer than the worn one did, so the strap tension you were using will almost certainly be too tight.
If the frame has cracked, the rest of the mask is usually the same age. The clips are already covered — these are the other parts, each on its own schedule.
The frame is fully washable. Note that if you use an AirTouch memory foam cushion, that cushion must never be washed — remove it before washing the frame.
A worn or damaged frame can compromise the fit and performance of an entire mask system — it's the frame that holds everything in stable alignment against your face, so a hairline crack at the cushion clips can undo the benefit of a brand-new cushion. This ResLab replacement restores a lightweight, durable, comfortable foundation, works with both the AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20, and comes complete with magnetic clips and strap covers. Because it's a compatible part rather than a genuine ResMed one, it does that at a lower price.
Two magnetic clips are supplied with this frame. The magnetic field may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants. Keep the clips at least 6 inches (150 mm) away from any such device at all times — including when handling, storing or drying them.

Before use, confirm the frame is compatible with your existing cushion and headgear, and that the cushion seats with a firm click all the way round. Inspect the frame, clips and strap covers regularly for cracks, brittleness or a cushion that no longer clips in securely, and replace components when necessary. Never block or modify the mask vent, which sits in the elbow and is how exhaled air leaves the mask.
Follow your CPAP mask manufacturer's instructions for proper use, cleaning and maintenance. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original frame if you still have it, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. Packaging materials are recyclable where facilities exist.
