The ResLab Cushion & Headgear Set is a replacement set designed to refresh a full face CPAP mask compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20. It pairs a silicone cushion with adjustable headgear and magnetic clips to restore comfort, fit and therapy performance.
These are the two parts that actually wear out. A cushion loses its sealing edge in one to two months, headgear elastic gives over about six, and between them they account for most leaks — while the frame and elbow routinely last a year or more. That makes this the right set for routine maintenance rather than a rebuild: you replace the consumables and keep the hard parts you already own.
The hook-and-loop straps allow a personalised fit, and the magnetic clips let you take the mask on and off without undoing the settings you've dialled in. Both parts fit without tools.

The cushion is the sized component in this set. All three sizes fit the same F20 frame, so changing size never means buying a new mask.
Cushions and headgear are not interchangeable between mask families — cushion mouldings and strap lengths differ. Check the model printed on your frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
Three steps, no tools. The illustrated version is in the user manual supplied in the box.
Check all connections are properly assembled before each use. Improper assembly may affect therapy or result in injury — if the cushion will not snap in evenly, stop and check you have the right size and that the frame is the correct way up.
A fresh cushion and unstretched headgear seal with far less tension than the worn set you're taking off, so your current settings will be too tight.
The frame and elbow aren't in this set. They last longer than the cushion and headgear, but they don't last forever.

It covers precisely the two parts that wear on a schedule, while your frame and elbow carry on — which makes it the most economical of the ResLab F20 sets, and the one to reorder routinely rather than only when something fails.
This set contains magnetic headgear clips. The magnetic field may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants. Keep the clips at least 50 mm (2 inches) away from any such device at all times — including when handling, storing or drying the headgear.

This is a ResLab replacement product and is not manufactured by ResMed. It is designed to be compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20 full face CPAP masks, used as part of a complete mask system for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. The frame and elbow are not included — a complete, correctly assembled mask is required for therapy.
Your existing elbow carries the mask's exhalation vent, which is how exhaled air leaves the system. Check that it is undamaged and the vent is completely clear before use, and never block, cover or modify it.
As stated in the supplied user manual:
Please select the correct cushion size and verify your mask model before purchasing. Inspect components regularly and replace parts if worn, discoloured or no longer providing a secure seal. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original parts if you still have them, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. The packaging materials are recyclable.
