Frame, Headgear & Elbow Refresh for Your Existing CPAP Mask
The ResLab Frame & Headgear Kit is a replacement set designed to refresh a full face CPAP mask compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20. It includes the frame, headgear, quick-release elbow, magnetic clips and strap covers — everything except the cushion.
This is the kit to choose when your cushion is the newest part of your mask. If you replaced the cushion recently and the leak came back anyway, it isn't the cushion at fault: stretched headgear, a cracked frame or a stiff elbow will all break a seal that a perfectly good cushion is trying to hold. Replacing those and keeping the cushion you already paid for is the cheaper fix.
The soft, breathable headgear distributes tension evenly, the strap covers sit between the straps and your skin to reduce pressure marks, and the magnetic clips let you take the mask on and off without undoing your settings. Everything assembles without tools.

The headgear is the sized component in this kit — the frame, elbow, clips and strap covers are one size. The difference is the cut of the straps, not the mask they fit.
Mask parts are not interchangeable between families — frame fittings, strap lengths and vents all differ. Check the model printed on your existing frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
Four steps, no tools. The illustrated version is in the user manual supplied in the box.
Slide the strap covers onto the lower straps before fitting if you want them in place from the first night. Check all connections are properly assembled before each use. Improper assembly may affect therapy or result in injury — if your cushion will not snap in evenly, stop and check it is an F20 cushion and that the frame is the correct way up.
New headgear holds far more tension than the stretched set you're taking off, so your old settings will be much too tight. Start from scratch.
The cushion isn't in this kit. If yours is more than a couple of months old, add one — it's the part that actually seals.

If your cushion is still in good shape but the frame, headgear, elbow or clips have worn out, replacing everything at once isn't necessary. This kit bundles the frame, headgear, quick-release elbow, magnetic clips and strap covers into one convenient, cost-effective set — restoring stability and comfort to your existing mask without paying for a cushion you don't need. It's the only ResLab F20 kit that leaves the cushion out, which makes it the sensible choice if you replaced yours recently and the leak came back anyway.
This kit contains magnetic headgear clips. The magnetic field may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants. Keep the clips at least 50 mm (2 inches) away from any such device at all times — including when handling, storing or drying the headgear.

The elbow in this kit carries the mask's exhalation vent, which is how the air you breathe out leaves the mask. This is a safety-critical part of how a CPAP mask works, not an optional feature.
This is a ResLab replacement product and is not manufactured by ResMed. It is designed to be compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20 full face CPAP masks, used as part of a complete mask system for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. This kit does not include the cushion — it must be purchased separately, and a complete, correctly fitted cushion is required for the mask to work.
