The ResLab Frame, Cushion & Elbow Assembly Kit is designed to restore the comfort and performance of a full face CPAP mask compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20. It includes the three components that sit between your headgear and your tubing, so a tired mask comes back to a secure fit and a reliable seal.
These three parts fail on different schedules but age at the same rate. The cushion flattens and loses its sealing edge; the frame develops hairline cracks at the cushion clips or stops holding the cushion square; the elbow's swivel stiffens so the tubing drags the mask off your face, and its vent gradually clogs. Replace one and the leak often just reappears from the next — which is why a full assembly refresh usually works where a single cushion didn't.
Everything assembles without tools, and your existing headgear reattaches as normal.

The cushion is the sized component — the frame and elbow are one size.
Mask parts are not interchangeable between families — frame fittings, cushion mouldings and vents all differ. Check the model printed on your existing frame before ordering, and if you're unsure, ask us first.
Four steps, no tools. The illustrated version is in the user manual supplied in the box.
Check all connections are properly assembled before each use. Improper assembly may affect therapy or result in injury — if the cushion will not snap in evenly, stop and check you have the right size and that the frame is the correct way up.
A new frame and cushion seal with far less tension than the worn set you're taking off, so your current strap settings will be too tight.
Headgear isn't in this kit, and it's the part that quietly stretches — worth checking while the mask is apart.

When the frame, cushion and elbow all start to wear together, a full assembly refresh is often simpler than replacing parts one at a time. This kit combines a stable, lightweight frame, a comfort-focused cushion and a quick-release elbow into a single, cost-effective set — restoring the secure fit and reliable seal your CPAP therapy depends on, without buying a whole new mask. It's the right choice when your headgear is still in good condition but everything it holds is not.
The elbow in this kit carries the mask's exhalation vent, which is how the air you breathe out leaves the mask. This is a safety-critical part of how a CPAP mask works, not an optional feature.
If you are unsure whether this elbow matches the vent type supplied with your mask, check your user guide or ask us before fitting it.
This kit contains no magnets. However, F20 headgear uses magnetic clips, which may interfere with implanted metallic or electronic medical devices and with some metallic implants — including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, neurostimulators, metallic haemostatic clips in the head and metallic splinters in the eye. This is not a complete list.
Keep magnetic clips at least 50 mm (2 inches) from any such device. If you or anyone sharing your bed has an implanted medical device, consult your doctor before using the mask system, and contact us about non-magnetic options.
This is a ResLab replacement product and is not manufactured by ResMed. It is designed to be compatible with the ResMed AirTouch™ and AirFit™ F20 full face CPAP masks, used as part of a complete mask system for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea. This listing includes the frame, cushion and elbow only — headgear, magnetic clips, strap covers, CPAP machine, tubing and other accessories are not included and are sold separately.

Please verify your mask model before purchasing. Ensure all components are properly assembled before use and check regularly for wear and damage. Replace parts when damaged or no longer providing a secure seal. If you notice persistent leaks, discomfort or any change in mask performance after fitting, discontinue use, refit your original parts if you still have them, and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
Disposal and the environment. Do not dispose of this product with household waste. Dispose of it in accordance with local regulations for medical devices. The packaging materials are recyclable.
