Designed exclusively for the ResMed AirFit F40 Full Face CPAP Mask, this genuine replacement cushion restores a secure, comfortable seal to help ensure effective sleep therapy without replacing the entire mask.
The cushion is the hardest-working part of your whole setup, and the first to wear out. Silicone gradually absorbs facial oils and hardens, losing the slight tackiness that lets it seal against your skin without pressure. Once that happens, the usual instinct is to tighten the headgear — which is what causes red marks and sore spots. Fitting a fresh cushion is the single most effective fix for a mask that used to seal and now leaks.
Crafted from soft, flexible silicone elastomer, the AdaptiSeal™ cushion is engineered to conform to the unique contours of your face. Its seamless, no-hard-parts design helps reduce pressure on the face while providing a stable seal across a wide range of sleeping positions, and the lightweight construction makes it easier to wear throughout the night.
The cushion snaps on and off easily for quick replacement and simple daily cleaning, and is available in multiple sizes to help you achieve the best possible fit.
*The cushion contains no magnetic components, but the standard AirFit F40 headgear uses magnetic clips. Replacing the cushion does not make the complete mask system magnet-free — a non-magnetic version of the F40 mask is available for users with contraindications to magnet exposure. The AirFit F40 cushion is available in Small Wide, Medium and Large. All three fit the same F40 frame, so changing cushion size never means buying a new mask.
If your cushion is overdue, the rest of the mask usually is too. These are the parts worth checking at the same time.

Its no-hard-parts construction makes it a straightforward, reliable way to keep your therapy consistent night after night, whether you're replacing a worn cushion or keeping a spare on hand.
This cushion contains no magnetic components. However, the standard AirFit F40 headgear uses magnetic clips, which may interfere with certain implanted medical devices or metallic implants — including metallic haemostatic clips in the head and metallic splinters in the eye.
Replacing the cushion does not remove the magnets from your mask system. A non-magnetic version of the AirFit F40 mask is available for users with contraindications to magnet exposure — contact us if you need it. If you have any implanted medical device, read the official user guide and the magnet contraindications document linked below, and consult your healthcare provider before use.
This cushion is a component of a medical device intended for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnoea and must only be used as part of a complete, compatible ResMed AirFit F40 mask system prescribed or recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Always confirm cushion size and mask compatibility before use, and inspect the cushion regularly for signs of wear, damage, or discolouration. A damaged or poorly fitted cushion can reduce seal quality and therapy effectiveness. Never block or cover the vent holes.
If you experience skin irritation, persistent leaks, or any adverse reaction while using this product, discontinue use and consult your CPAP provider or healthcare professional.
