Featuring ResMed's innovative hollow-frame airflow design and top-of-head tube connection, therapy air flows through the frame itself while the tubing stays completely clear of your face — giving you greater freedom of movement and a more comfortable sleep experience in virtually any position.
Because air travels through the frame rather than around it, the frame does more work on the F30i than on a conventional full face mask. A frame that has gone brittle, cracked, or lost its grip on the cushion will leak and shift no matter how new the cushion is — which is why a mask that still leaks after a fresh cushion and new headgear usually needs this part.
*The frame contains no magnetic components, but the AirFit F30i headgear uses magnetic clips. If you need a magnet-free setup for medical reasons, this frame alone does not make the complete mask magnet-free — please read the magnet safety notice below.

The F30i frame is sized independently of the cushion, so your cushion size tells you nothing about which frame you need. Check the size printed on your existing frame before ordering.

A frame rarely wears out on its own. If your mask has been in service long enough to need a new frame, these parts are usually due at the same time.
Because therapy air passes through the frame itself, keeping the internal airway clear matters as much as cleaning the outside.
A worn or damaged frame can affect the connection between your cushion, headgear, and tubing — compromising both comfort and therapy performance. Replacing only the frame is a cost-effective way to restore your AirFit F30i to its original fit and function without investing in a completely new mask system. With its hollow airflow design, top-of-head tube connection, and tool-free installation, this replacement frame makes restoring your therapy simple and straightforward.
This frame contains no magnetic components. However, the AirFit F30i headgear uses magnetic clips, which may interfere with certain implanted medical devices or metallic implants — including metallic haemostatic clips in the head and metallic splinters in the eye.
Replacing the frame does not remove the magnets from your mask system. If you have any implanted medical device, or need a magnet-free setup for medical reasons, read the official user guide and the magnet contraindications document linked below, and consult your healthcare provider before use.
This is a replacement accessory for use as part of a complete, compatible ResMed AirFit™ F30i Full Face Mask system, used for CPAP or bilevel therapy prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional. Inspect the frame regularly for signs of wear, cracks, or damage and replace as needed to maintain effective therapy, as a compromised frame reduces therapy effectiveness.
Never block or cover the mask vent holes. Always consult your clinician or refer to the manufacturer's instructions before use, and contact your CPAP provider if leaks or discomfort persist after fitting.
